Q43. How are people punished in this world for sin?
God uses many methods to punish sinners in this life: sickness, loss, hardship, and disappointment, among others. Sometimes He also gives them over to their own sinful desires, to darkened minds and hardened hearts, and sometimes even to powerful delusions so that they believe lies and are condemned.
